Split the middle part into mostly 4-8-12, with some 2-4-6. I think it's faster with the 4-8-12, and HR is lower, but pushups got hard. Not sure about ROM on pushups - just touched vest to floor but vest wasn't touching chest. All pullups butterfly which I didn't think I could do. Run times just under 9mins/mile.
