5RM Overhead Squat

115.0 lbs

In a WOD where you were supposed to do 9 reps at 115 for 4 rounds (with other crap, of course). The first round I got 5 reps... and then the last round I finished with 5 reps.

I think I'll have to make an overhead squat one of these months. Hey, how about January? Overhead squats and deadlifts! Yay!
