1st round - straight through but with 3 failed pull up reps. I think it would be best to do a chalk run by after the thrusters next time.

2nd round - 9,6 for both.

3rd round - straight through.

Wrist was a little poppy in the first round but then it felt fine. Sort of a partial grip switch, from a closed hand front squat grip to a press grip.

How to get faster = take a tiny break before each set of pullups (except for last set) to chalk.
