3RM Back Squat

225.0 lbs

I've gotten 235 before... so I'm fairly sure I can get it again.

Last time we did CrossFit total, both my press and squat went down but my deadlift went up. I suspect that's because we've been putting so much emphasis on the deadlift over the last few months.
