1st half was 1.34 and below, then it slipped up into the 1.37 - 1.39 area.
Feels like in the past I've been able to enter the 1.28-1.30 pace for a couple pulls but maybe not.
Try longer pulls. Row more often. Use it as a warmup before doing WODs and experiment with stroke length.Wally on 2011-08-19
