The GHDs weren't too bad until the 4th set and even then they weren't awful.
The Deadlifts were remarkably bad until I started doing touch and go sets of 4 when I got to that point it was actually WAY easier than single drop reps. It did make me dizzy but no biggie.
Next time around I should be able to shave off a minute just by knowing that I can squeeze off 4 reps of 250... by next time maybe even more! :)Wally on 2011-09-08
