3RM Back Squat

The first rep was the hardest. I think I have a tendency to rock forward on the first rep for some odd reason and then in subsequent reps I get back on my heels.

Pretty dumb, if you ask me... but then again, I'm the one doing it so I'm not sure if I'm the right one to ask.
