Round 1: Wall ball: 25, Sumo: 28, Box: 50, Push: 26, Row: 16. Round 2: Wall ball: 20, Sumo: 27, Box: 41, Push: 22, Row: 16. Round 3: Wall Ball: 20, Sumo 22, Box: 37, Push: 21, Row: 17.
All the rows were higher. Box jump took a big hit in rounds 2 and 3. I think tuning DOWN the initial wall ball is a good idea. Keep it at 21.
Or maybe it's good to just go crazy on the whole WOD. I have this strategy to stop with 10 seconds left and skip over to the next station. I do this because everyone else seems to waste about 20 seconds just huffing at the next station.
Ideally, I suppose, you'd work for the whole 5 minutes. :)
