One second slower than last time. :)

1st round:
18 thrusters, rest for a few seconds on the chest, then finish.

pull ups, not sure of the numbers but it was 2 sets - had to drop off the bar.

2nd round:
6 thrusters, drop. then 5 more, drop. then the final 4.

pull ups, not sure.

3rd round:
thrusters: not sure but broken

pull ups: straight through.

Had a failed rep in the first round of pull ups, had to re-do it. Cost me about 4 seconds at least.

Lessons: know when to drop off the pull ups bar. Throw the bar up every time - like a wall ball, come up to the balls of the feet.
